Rules and Regulation

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO READ AND ABIDE BY THE RULES AND REGULATIONS AS SET FORTH BY ILRVP

OFFICE HOURS: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Emergency contact available 24 hrs

QUIET HOURS: 9:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m. Excessive noise & other disturbances will NOT be tolerated.

 PETS: Only pets preapproved by management are allowed.  All pets must be cleaned up after immediately!

OPEN FIRES: NO ground fires allowed. NO EXCEPTIONS!

 FIREARMS: NO display of firearms including BB, pellet, air soft or paint ball guns are allowed. No archery equipment is allowed. NO shooting allowed at any time.

FIREWORKS: NO fireworks or explosives of any kind allowed in the park at any time. 

TRASH DUMPSTER: ONLY residential household garbage is allowed. CARDBOARD BOXES must be cut down before disposing of. NO tree branches, coolers, furniture, etc. 

PROTECT SEPTIC SYSTEM: DO NOT dispose of anything in the sewer that is not bio- degradable such as cigarette’s, syringes, medication, any feminine products, condoms, paper towels, baby wipes/Lysol wipes, plastic, etc.

PARKING: All vehicles must be on your site. Do not block any portion of, or park in the road, on the grass, or at vacant sites. There is a limit of (2) autos per site. Utility trailers must be approved by management and will require an additional fee. All vehicles must be currently licensed, registered and in working condition! Additional fees will apply if not. 

18- WHEELERS: NO 18-wheeler tractors and/or trailers are allowed unless approved by park management PRIOR to arrival.

ATV’S: NO 4-wheelers or ATV’s of any kind allowed.

AGE OF RIG OR VEHICLE: Rigs over 8 years old must be approved by management. If your rig becomes run-down or is in need of repair, you will be asked to preform the repairs or asked to remove the rig from the park.

ALCOHOL: DRUNKENNESS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.  We prefer you consume alcoholic beverages at your own site in a responsible manner not to disrupt others.  Any disturbances, alcohol related or not, will result in the sheriff being called out and immediate ejection.

WINTERIZE WATER INLET HOSE: Do not leave water running during freeze, to eliminate damage to the septic system.  Septic pumping fee may apply if you are caught doing so.

EJECTION: Please note, your legal status is that of Overnight Guests, we establish a lodging agreement and NOT a Tenant/Landlord relationship. We always retain the right to exclusive possession. You are welcome to stay here as long as you are following the Park Rules and the management receives no complaints or other negative comments regarding your behavior or the behavior of your guests. It is at our sole and only discretion that you remain here. You will be required to leave at any time you become a danger or a nuisance to other guests or our property. If need be, we will call for a tow truck to remove your rig and a final invoice for your electricity and/or damages will be collected from you by the towing company when you retrieve your rig.

 

INGRAM LAKE RV PARK IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACCIDENTS OR INJURIES TO ANY GUESTS OR GUESTS PERSONAL PROPERTY OR FOR LOSS OF MONEY OR VALUABLES OF ANY KIND WHILE STAYING OR VISITING AT INGRAM LAKE RV PARK. THIS INCLUDES LOSS DUE TO FIRE, WIND, RAIN OR ACCIDENTS OF ANY OTHER CAUSE WHATSOEVER.
